February Newsletter

Hello ladies and gents and congrats on making it through

January! Most of us are one month in on our yearly resolutions/goals, so I hope you are crushing them! If not, keep cracking at them. Good things come to those

wait and work hard. With that let’s jump into newsletter.


Nothing new here. Again, this is probably getting old, but I

do not want to leave anyone in shock when I am gone for 2 weeks once our new little addition enters the world. Anytime from mid-February on is fair game.

When that time comes, I will reschedule or at least call all scheduled appointments in that time frame. Thanks to all you that sent or said congratulations!

This month I have completed my regular detox program.

The Iron Chapel is booming already in 2021. We have added a new female trainer to our team. I would like to offer a warm welcome to Andrea Johnson. She is an amazing lady and is ready to bring her A game to the chapel.

We have a full staff of Personal Trainers ready for 1 on 1 training. *Price varies by trainer*

Classes are in full swing. We offer small group fitness

classes designed for everyone at a great price of $20/ 1 hour session. Class times are as follows. With more to come! Check us out at our Facebook Page Here ! Class sizes are limited to 8 to keep quality and safety a priority so don't waste time!

Monday: 5:30am 6am(HS/JH kids) 5pm.

Tuesday: 6:30pm

Thursday: 6am (HS/JH kids) 6:30pm

Friday: 5:30am
